TASTY THAI CHICKEN
Ingredients: 8 chicken drumsticks 2 teaspoons of paprika 2 teaspoons of fresh grated ginger 1 teaspoon of ground cumin teaspoon of turmeric teaspoon of sambal oelek (chili sauce) 2 cloves of crushed garlic 1 tablespoon of grated rind of lemon juice of half a lemon a bunch of fresh chopped coriander 1 tablespoon of oil
Method: Add all the ingredients together and mix well with chicken (marinade for half an hour in fridge or overnight if desired). Place chicken under grill on a low heat setting, cooking each side for seven minutes. Once cooked a little bit of lemon juice may be squeezed over the top of the chicken.Serve with rice and vegetables!
